The fabric and stitching quality was good, but there was a 3.5 inch gap on one of the sleeves where the stitching missed entirely, so I had to sew the hole shut

Beyond Service!
I just have to say that I loved the sweatshirt when I saw it, but after I purchased it, the customer service I received was beyond stellar! Jay really went above and beyond to provide service for my order, including that it arrived before Christmas as promised. And after I purchased, I contacted him to see if I could exchange it as the person I was gifting it to may have wanted a different selection. Jay’s contact was quick, kind, and more than helpful! And the person I got the sweatshirt for didn’t end up wanting exchange it after all because it was exactly what they wanted. I would give 10 stars if I could! Excellent purchase, excellent service.
